Neil Welch BSc, MSc, ASCC - Strength and Conditioning Coach

Neil is in possession of the BSc, MSc and ASCC (Accredited Strength and Conditioning Coach); the industry qualification that indicates and signifies professional standards of practice. 

 

Neil Welch has worked with a wide range of sports across a variety of performance levels.  He has been providing strength and conditioning support to national squad alpine skiers for 3 years and working with King's College School Rugby, Football and Hockey teams for 2 years.  He has also worked with full time and semi-professional athletes in Ski-X and snowboarding. He has developed training programs for amateur athletes from numerous sports including rugby, cricket, triathlon, rowing, discus, weightlifting and distance running.

As an athlete, he has played representative rugby union for Irish Exiles, 1st grade colts rugby in Australia and 1st XV rugby in the national leagues. 

He has played county league cricket in Cheshire and has competed at a junior/school level in tennis, swimming, squash and judo.

Ben Pegna - Rugby coach

Ben is a former professional player and played for for more than ten years in the semi professional and professional game.

 

He currently coaches with several teams; at schoolboy level with several schools, at his local amateur club Teddington RFC and he assists with the London Wasps u18s team, as the defence coach.

He also coaches several times a year overseas as a consultant.

Stuart Lierich - Kicking coach

Stuart is a specialist kicking coach, having worked with the Australian Rugby Union, the Melbourne Storm in the NRL, the Easts Tigers in the Queensland Cup, as well as other teams and individuals.

Stuart's coaching methodology is underpinned by an educational focus on the technical fundamentals of kicking.

He is active in the education of rugby coaches at all levels internationally, and operates with the premise that professionally structured kick coaching is a process of building mechanically sound technique, whilst continually driving excellence in match performance through the education of strategy and decision making.

Keir Wenham-Flatt CSCS - Strength and Conditioning Coach

Keir is Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for Rotherham Titans Rugby.

He holds a Master's degree in Strength and Conditioning, and a Bachelor's degree in Sport Science. He has worked with athletes from the Aviva Premiership, Chinese Olympic Association and Oxford University, in addition to nationally ranking amateur athletes from a range of different sports.

Keir has featured as a guest postgraduate lecture at the University of Bolton, and regularly conducts public talks on training, nutrition and more.
